Yesterday was a travel day. Spent a lot of time sitting in Newark. Luckily, the food selection in Terminal A is atrocious, so I wasn't tempted to purchase anything. I'm doing good at resisting snacks. I woke up an found two packs of pretzels on my tray but I chose not to eat them -- that saved 90 calories. I think my body is getting comfortable with the decrease in caloric intake now. Still not running much right now, letting my leg heal first.
