Definitely intrigued by the Wendie Plan. Makes total sense! Thanks you guys for talking about it. Especially intrigued since I have been following my points this week and my weight is barely moving. Frustrating. Last time I followed a very similar eating plan I lost 4 lbs in a week. I suspect I need to be eating more. Either than or I'm eating too much salt. My b'fast this am was WAY too salty. I can't even remember the last time I had my TOM but seems it's too soon for it.
Bleh, I guess I need to be more patient.
Going to divvy up my points and give Wendie a try.
