I hate that I didn't find this site when I first began this journey. I started at 238 lbs and am currently at 214 lbs in just under 8 weeks. I went to the doctor today and was pleased with the number on the scale. I continue to do Couch to 5k, which I started two weeks after I began SBD. This morning I completed W6D3 and felt so excited that I ran (jogged is more like it) for a total of 25 minutes, no walking. I never thought I could do that.
My goal is to be at 200 lbs by my 35th birthday which is December 12. We'll see.
