So I normally I'll start off the day eating right then go down hill through out the day.. 2day I woke up first thing I find my self stuffing Takis (has anyone tried Takis Fuego?) and a Hershey's Cookies and Cream candy bar in my mouth.. Bad SO bad I know.. I was gunna top lunch off with the left overs from my plate of FAT from Chili's.. When I stopped myself and thought.. you'll get no where if you keep this up Jay.. SO.. I ate sum light and healthy soup.. Drank some water.. and went to the gym.. had to DRAG myself there.. But I made it.. 40mins of cardio there.. then in a little while about 2-3 hours of dance practice.. and its not our normal slow and graceful dancing.. Its up beat and fast..
SO.. I'm glad that I'm takin some good steps.. I still have some cravings and I still allow myself to indulge.. I don't go over board.. But I'm improving and that's all I can as for! LOL..

Good job getting to the gym!! And the dancing - sounds like fun!! I did my first kickboxing class tonight - it was so much fun!!

Good for you! That's how you'll get to your goal. If you do something you don't want to do, stop it there and get yourself back on track. It's so hard to go to the gym after eating junk--mostly because we feel so hopeless. But you made a decision to stick to your plan and you didn't let it cycle out of control. Great job.
