Not a tremendous drop (sigh) but most certainly not a gain which is good. I guess this is for one of two reasons: 1. My brother, sister, and I treated ourselves this week to different things but otherwise ate healthy and/or, 2. I am still on my period and can possibly be carrying water weight. Whatever the case is, it's back to the drawing board this week. I am glad that I am not losing too quickly though. I guess that I am losing at a healthy pace. Some treats are okay but I am going to be really focused this week. I would like to be in the 250's very soon. I cannot wait to reach my ultimate goal weight! Just gotta deal with the slips, struggles, little successes, and hair rips until I make it. Positive: I had an outstanding workout at the gym last night. I worked on the elliptical for 35 minutes, completed circuit training for 15 minutes, and moved right on to the StairMaster for 5. I am very proud of myself because I never went on the StairMaster before. It was a great little workout for just those 5 minutes and will be increasing my time as time goes on. I love challenging myself! :)
