having a great week! I'm down more than 5 pounds since Monday Morning. I know mostly water weight but I am glad to be seeing results and watching the scale go back down... I am 1 pound away from my loss before the drama a few weeks ago. I am looking forward to being good all weekend and continuing to lose. I feel good about meeting my mini-goal and being 160 by Thanksgiving.

Woo hoo!! That is AWESOME. Must feel so good to know your hard work is paying off. Who cares what was in that weight. The important thing is that it's gone and now you have confidence and momentum to keep going. You are totally going to meet your goal.
