I've been pretty sick for the last week+ which means that I haven't been eating my normal caloric intake or sleeping as much. (Don't get me started about how the change in my meds doesn't seem to be helping my sleep. anyway, stepped on the scale this am (not the good one at the pharmacy--I'm going to try to do that later today) and I'm weighing in at 220. So I guess that's good. It's a start anyway towards getting back to where I was starting from (I'll consider me back at my starting point when I hit 207).
