I am feeling pretty good today. Really focusing on getting up early and walking and also not eating after 9pm. Not doing so hot on entering the food info BUT I am conscious of what I am eating and I believe I am making better choices. I am not going to NOT eat something, yummy. Sometimes it only takes a little bite and that is satisfying. Otherwise I would sit and stare at the food and it would become a bigger ordeal. I am happy with the choices I am making to be a better me. Can I work harder? OF COURSE!! But the bottom line is I am feeling better about myself. :)

Funny story: today on my walk, I finally picked up the little shelving unit that has been by one of the mailboxes in my neighborhood. I was on my walk and have seen this out by the trash all week and said "if it is here tomorrow, I will get it." well, 4 days later it was still there. I checked it out. Functions properly. I am glad I got up early to get it instead of having to haul it in the middle of the day.
