Good morning, healthy people!
My running group wimped out on account of darkness. We met, but after the guest speaker talked and we had announcements the leaders decided to call off the run. The track was dark and had no lights, and they didn't want us to run on the road since we couldn't dodge all the acorns. I was disappointed. But I came home and jumped on the treadmill and ran 3 miles.
I didn't snack on junk yesterday, but I ate too many healthy foods. Still burned more calories than I ate, but not by much. The result of not pre-planning. Today is a professional work day at school - no kids. There's a pot luck lunch. Sigh. I'll do my best to make the right choices. I could bring lunch and hide out in my classroom, but I don't want to exclude myself. If I eat too much, I'll just burn it off tonight on the treadmill!
Have a wondeful day full of healthy eating choices, joyful movement and FUN!

You are really doing a great job with all that exercise. I hope it will serve as an inspiration to at least walk three miles.

I hate when the clocks go back and it's dark by 5PM! It was a good call not to run in the dark-I did it earlier this week and it was v. silly of me. The risk of injury is too great. The fact that you went home and ran is testament to the fact that you a frickin" phenom! I would have gone shopping or something....Well done.

I like your attitude of facing the food temptations head-on, but with a plan. Hey, I wish we could be running partners; I like your "just do it" attitude about that as well. Neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow.....

Did you say you ran the whole time for three miles? That's amazing. I just walk. Potluck -- it scares me just to think about it. I hope it doesn't prove to be too difficult. But if so, your attitude is great, and I'm sure you'll be able to run it off.
