Work was difficult, but I took it out on the gym. I feel better about it. My son is meeting his buddies there to workout, so that forces me to go even when I don't want to. I just did cardio today and I'm grateful because my chest started feeling wonky, but a little Vics should do the trick!

Yeah, Shia! It's hard to get motivated on those off days when you really don't feel like working out. But I've found that if I give in and don't go, I feel awful. And if I do push myself to go, by the time I'm done I feel great. We just try to talk ourselves out of taking care of our bodies for some weird reason. Good job!
