Phew. Finally updated my weight entries for the last month. I haven't had the time to log it on here, just been noting it down in a diary. Been swinging wildly within a 2-3 kg (4-7 lbs) range... I feel like I'm stuck here. Still haven't managed to execute some of the new steps I'd planned to take to get the weight moving steadily downward again (like exercise, increasing veggies & calories, cutting out milk and curd)...I'm working towards it but it continues to be a struggle.
I bought new jeans! Size 28 waist. Can you believe it!? And I can breathe in it and everything! Major NSV - I'm very grateful. Gotta get into an exercise routine ASAP.
136.7 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try not to weigh yourself for 2 weeks (take measurements instead) and continue your diet and exercise normally to see if the numbers will move downward. It might be milk because if the sugar! that's what's usually slowing me down. (but it's soo good). Replace it with vegan milk if anything! Good luck

totally agree with Hey. Scale is so inaccurate when you are trying for fat loss not just weight loss
