I want to try really hard this time to journal EVERYTHING I eat, I'm only 30 and I still have time to turn my eating habits around !!! My kids and husband LOVE when I'm on Atkins they love the food, and they love when I make a big breakfast of eggs and ham !!! When I low calorie diet it's just yogurt for breakfast, and they have empty calorie cereal that doesn't have any nutrion !!!
