Hi everybody,hope your all well,not been a bad day so far, made indian lentil dhal out of cook book,recipe for six,put into six containers planning to have one for my dinner this evening and freeze the others for other days,ha not in my house hold,daughter came had one for her lunch and took one home, mother-in-law bless her took two leaving me one to freeze, said that thy where removing temptation for me,i love spicy food,dont like chocolate,sweets cake or crisps,but love spicy food.nothing after nine last night, going get my 30mins of exercise done about four,keep up the good work
