I'm feeling ashamed
215.4 lb Lost so far: 76.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Get yourself involved in a Low Carb High Fat diet and support group and learn from their successes. Never feel ashamed none of us who are on a journey to better health are here to judge anyone. We all have our own failures and successes. I encourage you to just take it one day at a time and watch your carb intake and starches.

You were once 292.... you've come a long way, and that is something to be proud of. Looks like you haven't weighed in, in about 6 weeks. It's easy for the weight to slowly creep back on if you're not monitoring it more closely. Set some mini goals for yourself, and move forward young lady. You've got this ! (Smiles)

Yes Caroline, absolutely no shame!! We've all been there and probably all will be there again some day. What you and we do when a backwards trend hits is so important to our long term health. Much respect for both your past success and for dealing with this setback!!
