Not sure how that happened. A pound up. I've not been eating more than 1 time a day because I'm not hungry. Maybe I need to eat more?? Could it be muscle from having worked out?

Our bodies fluctuate about 2 pounds a day. If you didn't eat an EXTRA 3500 calories yesterday, you didn't GAIN a pound of fat. Its just water weight. Could be related to working out. Key is don't stress over the little ups and downs. As long as the trend is going down you are doing great.

It takes weeks/months of hard workt (unless your a man) to build actual muscle. If you work out and get sore muscles, your muscles retain water (exercise cause little tears and water is replaced to help them heal). It is temporary. Your body is made up of 60% water and will fluctuate hourly. Many things can make it fluctuate which include exercise, hormones, sodium and actual weight content of the food we eat and drink all day, stress, medications, etc. Also keep in mind if you train your body to lose on very small amount of calories (such as eating one meal a day), then you eat a little more the next day, You will gain. That is why it is very hard to sustain loss over a long period of time, because eating one meal a day for the rest of your life would not be easy to do. Make sure you are getting the proper nutrients for your body. Don't go under 1000 a day (1200 is better). The more you eat to lose, the more you can eat to maintain your loss. Good luck!
