I really hate "that time of the month". I gain 3-5 pounds just in water weight!! And when I have to weigh in on Saturday, it's not a good thing. It's very discouraging to be "doing everything I know I should be doing" including going to the gym 5 times a week only to see a gain on the scale.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have the same problem, but this month, I stuck to my water and added lemon juice to help the retention. It is a natural diuretic. Try it this whole month and see if you don't see gain at that time next. month. I didn't see a gain this time, but moss loss was minimal.

Yea, but you know that it may happen every month and it is only temporary. So maybe stay off the scale during that time of month. You know your are doing everything right, so it will show eventually.
