Now there is some progress! Today is a day I probably would have cheated since I will be working at the school and they are catering lunch for us! Hopefully this progress will help me to stay on plan.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
