getting discouraged. Gained a pound since Monday..what am I doing wrong now...

fluid shift most likely. make sure you look at everything from coffee creamer to veggies. Count it all. Plus, I recommend walking at least three times a week. Chubs

Maybe too much sodium one day. As long as your weekly/monhly chart is going downward, i wouldnt worry about daily fluctuations. It happens to us all.
