Had a good day yesterday- I finished my 1st essay!!!!went shopping and bought some choccy biccies and ate the whole packet but I don't feel bad about it- I start watching what I eat again today. I am cooking for the freezer so I will have a chilli and as the microwave isn't working properly I can't decide whether to have rice or try and do a jacket spud
