Back at it - for real this time. No, really, I mean it.
I'm working out 6 days a week at least until the dragon boat race on Nov 21st. This is my second week at it and my first week at being focused on keeping my calorie intake between 1200 and 1600 kcals.
I'm aiming for 1400 on the days I work out since my BMR is 1468 so I'll eat to keep myself alive and then exercise to burn fat (and build muscle).
I've got actual little muscles now but you can't really see them under the padding.

HI Diane. It's been hard to get back on track. I've kept exercising but just ignored what I was eating. Now I'm determined not to weigh in (officially) until I get back to 165 lbs. The good news is that I only went up 3 lbs while I was being careless; the bad news is that it takes FOREVER for it to come back off that the only way seems to be to eat too little food.
