i am not surprised.

in starting this food diary and exercise tracker i'm really learning about how active i am and its much much less than i thought i was! it probably isn't helping that i went from snacking on grapes to snacking on m&ms. i have to say though, for what its worth, i honestly miss those damn grapes! but grape season doesn't last forever, which is where i guess discipline and habit are supposed to come in, in that i use my discipline to form healthier habits!

still drinking that water, and haven't had soda now in almost a month. i'm sure my teeth with thank me! and at this rate, seems like they might thank me before my scale does! there are still 2 months left in 2009 for me to drop some more poundage for the 10 by 2010 challenge, so hopefully this is just a learning curve.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
