I have attempted to lose weight before, but today is the day that I start my weight loss plan and stick with it until I reach my goals. I have so many reasons for wanting to lose weight that there is no reason why I should not start TODAY! I are healthy today and I plan on eating healthy tomorrow and even taking a fitness class at the gym on campus. I knwo if I push myself I will be able to lose fifteen pounds by 2010 (two months!) Wish me luck!
