SOOOO I finally got on a real scale at the gym (now that I finally started going!) so I feel really good now that I know my ACTUAL weight. Plus, I just worked my butt off.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

My only observation is that your calories are really low. They need to be at least 1000 a day or your body starts to do negative things. I would try that and see if you don't see better results.

Awesome! Thanks so much for the insight, I've just been trying to stay away from the bad stuff so my cals have gone down... I'll try to see where I can fit in some healthy cals on the side :)

Have a look at my diet calendar and you will see under snacks each day what I allow myself to have and then if you see tunafish filling, it means I had to have calories but no carbs, lol. That is the only reason I would tunafish instead of a fudge pop!
