not a good plan. breakfast is 1st important meal of day; flax plus cereal, blueberries, skim milk. a good start.

i found in the past if i skip breakfast, i never stopped eating in the evening anything thats going get gone in my mouth, not a breakfast person but have found even a yogurt and a pce of fruit, something for lunch,dinner and fruit as snacks keeps my hunger at bay, you need to be eatng your three well balanced meals a day, give a go.

It's not the healthiest thing you can do for your body. Breakfast helps to jump start your metabolism. Eating small meals throughout the day, keeps it burning. Plus, you won't get enough calories and nutrients to make your body run efficiently. Also, eating all your calories at one meal, makes it harder on your digestive system and you have a harder time burning those calories off (if the meal is at night). If it's once and while no big deal, but as an every day thing, not good.
