aww... shenanigans...why is bread so tasty??!?!?! aaaaah! Didn't eat healthy today at all. It was tough today because I only got a few hours of sleep ( gotta love school!) and had no time for lunch.
Back to the goal :) I admire all you fit/healthy people... I'll get there soon!

Thanks for commenting on my journal. I'm a bread lover and I find it hard somedays to not eat it, but if I do, then I do and move on. Make sure you get your rest, its as important as diet and exercise!
