Wednesday 11/4/09- Today i decided to start a diet again. using this should help me keep and stay on track. But im always so busy its hard. I just want to try to get my weight back down to normal and i'm willing to do almost anything.

I understand. I started over again this week also. I understand the busy too. I am a single mom, I work and go to college at night. I understand busy, but I know from the past it is about making choices. I choose to be healthy and hopefully together we all can achieve this.
