I'm back on track( I hope I can stick to it ) just trying to eat less no diet sodas lots of water
Let's see what happens.no eating after 7pm.

i hope you are not eating after 7 pm because of the fabricated myth that " eating after 7 pm makes you gain weight" so much bad information out there, including a few here as well who promote bad diet fads, i can think of one person specifically

Hi Char! It sounds like you have a plan, and I hope it works out well for you. I've heard that cutting off one's eating at night can really help some people to keep their daily calorie totals in line and to resist the temptation to snack in front of the TV at night. All the best to you!

Alone, if we go out to dinner I don't care what time I eat but at home I need a few rules otherwise I snack half the nite So, I'm staying out of the kitchen after 7 let's see how long I can do this.

keep trying! i think once your body gets used to not snacking at night it will get easier. and no soda is great! You can do this!
