Hippy G's Journal, 04 November 2009

I had a 360 turn, yesterday I was feeling good about my workout, this morning, I felt as though I was struggling. I was not myself. I just wanted to cut short my cardio work out. I had to tell myself to stick it out and burn off the calories. Hopefully my workout for tomorrow will be better.
As far as my eating habit, I am able to control my eating habits. I don't feel that I am struggling with the eating portion. I make a meal plan for myself and stick to it.
