surprise party on my bday...with a TON of desserts. i plowed through a carrot cake in 3 days.

Yeesh, that is a lot of cake. I find after parties, dinners, whatever, it is best just to toss all the leftover badness. I know it is wasteful so i try to get other to take the leftovers but if they won't it just has to go.
