Halloween candy + stepped up running = another week to get to that danged 20% goal!

:)
180.7 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This what the first year ever that Halloween candy was not as good flavor wise. But, I see on your food journal: mini marshmallows. Yum. Hehe Love your photo.

I am having a love affair with the no sugar added cocoa and mini marshmallows. 3 points and it tastes like a million! And you can drag it out a looooooonnnnnng time with all those marshmallows. :)

You can reach your goal. Fill up on veggies. It will really help. I am loving this veggie soup I made. I pour it into a mug and heat it up and drink it. It's made with coconut milk and lots of ginger and you grind up all the veggies till it's a puree. 2 points and fills me up for awhile.

Hang in there Erica. I can see you at your 20% mark very soon with all the running you are doing!!! ;) I also like my light hot chocolate! I use Carnation Light, for just 50 calories per serving or "1 point" on WW. Beets Yum has got me thinking about making a big batch of veggie soup for the weekend. I happened to see Smart Ones veggie soup at Safeway for "0" Weight Watchers points the other day. Have a good run today Erica!
