Weighed in after a 3 mile hike up a pretty steep mountain. Like having to hold on to trees to keep balance steep. I feel good today. I hope to loose more this week.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
