lol my body just doesn't want to leave the 150's
150.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am with you. I get it down to 148, 149 and then it bounces back up. Urgh. We will get it down.

I got down to 149 in September and bounced right back up. LOL! I'm Trying to get back down to the 140s so I can float there instead of forever floating in the 150s. I'm also Trying to get there before Thanksgiving. I figure if I can get to at least 145 by then. I can manage staying in the 140s through the holiday and start back up again in January. We Can Do This!

aww that sucks! thats how I feel right now, I got all the way down to 148 and got all excited, but then it just bounced right back up to 150 before I could even say goodbye ;(

Yeah, I've been there too - Frustrating!!! Try mixing up your routine. I don't know what your doing now, but try eating more one day, and then less for 2 days in a row, then back to a higher calorie day, etc. Try doing a different exercise than what you are doing now. Like, if your a walker / runner, try doing some cardio instead.

I know you will get there, look how far you've come. Keep pushing, start mixing things up a little, maybe some different foods, exercises. I know you can do it!!

Sweetie, I am not a professional, but I believe your calories are wayyyy too low. I think your body may be tapping into the reserves. From all that I have read about diet and nutrition, you need to have calories above 1000, preferably above 1000. My rdi was 1600, I reduced it to 1400 and try to stay between 1100-1200. I am continuing to have success, although moderate. You might try that. I also walk 3 miles a day. I walk the 1/2 mile course in 10 minutes. Get your arms moving and walk with the incline, not flat or "downhill" taking the easy route. I mean if we are gonna eat broccoli for dinner we want to see results right? Come on girl we can do it. I can't get to 140. I started at 152 and I am driven to get to 140. I don't cheat on my diet (which is cheating on myself) and I account for everything I put in my mouth.

thank you so much, i will definitely try to change up my diet and start adding in exercise (which is my big downfall) i know we can do it :)
