Good morning, healthy people!
Sorry, still not back in control yet. Also, did not exercise yesterday. When I got home from teaching my art class, I had a message asking if I could come work at my "sometime job". So I worked there for a few hours.
After work today is another art class, then exercise class. Sorry to be so brief, but I want some time to go check up on you all before I have to go!

HEY!!! It's not like you to leave such a brief journal!! Here's an idea for ya! How about taking stock of the progress made so far and writing a philosophical journal soon? I'd love to hear your full story summarizing the details of how you have lost over 65 pounds CONSISTENTLY down, in under a 1.5 years!! I'd love to hear what you think of the primary reasons that made your losses possible. Also, how does life feel after 65 pounds permanently gone?? Do you feel different and a transformed person having gotten rid of a most challenging challenge of getting down to a healthy weight? For me, my weight issue has been a lifelong battle..and I'd love to hear if yours was a battle too, how does it feel to FINALLY overcome it?? Take a moment, breathe, and hopefully write about your journey now..this seems like a great juncture to do it!! Hope you will!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU...and So happy to have been atleast a little bit part of your journey!
