I have been going to the gym every day and have set a goal of min 600 k a day , so I can actually lose the weight I need to lose. I am getting hungry and find it hard to deside what type of food to each that does not pack on the calories, I just need to lose 30 pounds before 24th of december!!!! I can DO it!!!
