I'm still here, lurking. I've got a long, frustrating project on the loom and now I'm sick. I do think I may have found the perfect appetite suppressant. My friends onion, lemon, honey tea. The problem is, the amount of honey in it has to amount to a butt load of calories. It does seem to help drop the congestion. I'm going back to bed. I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know I'm still on every day for a minute to log my food and check your journals, even if I haven't been commenting. Hugs!

Try using candied ginger as an appetite suppressor. Chew it like gum, spit out the fiber when it's chewed into a tiny ball. Keeps saliva generating and allows you to use saliva to stimulate the stomach.
