I was quite surprised when I stood on the scale this morning. I was down 4 lbs from last week. Maybe I weighed myself at night last time. I know I haven't been restricting my diet that much. Next week I think will be more telling of the pace at which I should expect to lose, 1-2 lbs a week is good for me.
My IT band in my left knee is causing me a little distress. I'm going to keep swim training but will probably have to cut down the practice time. I know I need to add weight or resistance training to my lower body. I would love to add yoga to my exercise routine but I don't want to sign up for a class. We'll see what happens there.
