I did it, I did it!!!! I lost another 3 lbs this week and successfully lost the amount I had set aside as my goal for the month. Plus I still have half the month left to go!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Plus I measure my waist and I have lost 2 inches since Sept 1..!! I tried on some jeans that didn't fit me then and now I can zip them up. However they are still a little too snug for my liking so I will wait another 2 weeks before wearing them.
I am just soooo tickled with myself...he he he.... Can you tell?
I am just loving this new way of eating and my new lifestyle! I am learning to make new foods and enjoying them.
The other night I made myself pizza using a golden flax meal crust and it was yummy. Last night I made myself some spanish "faux" rice and I loved it.
When I get time I am going to have to add these recipes I create on my blog and here also.
Any how I just wanted to share my excitement.

That is awesome!! And yes! you should be excited, this isn't an easy job! Also, you are right, this is not just a diet, it is a new lifestyle. That's why so many people yo-yo cuz as soon as they stop that way of eating, they gain all right back. I see you're from the south too! What state are you from, if you don't mind me asking. =)

Honestly, I usually hate trying on clothes, but it is a SERIOUS esteem boost to be able to fit into a smaller size from a few months before. When I started this journey a year ago, I was a size 18 at Torrid, a plus size store, and I couldn't really shop elsewhere. The last time I went to Torrid was fifteen pounds ago, and I was already down to their size 14. Now, I'm down to a size 14 and can shop pretty much anywhere I want. You have every right to be proud of and excited by your success! I would be if I were you!
