I have maxed out on my callories this week. I can see it in the scale too. I have been more hungry. More stress too, my husband they are doing tests, he has had a cancer history. I worked out harder today at the gym. I scheduled with a trainer next week. Keep moving forward. My husband did say my butt is getting smaller. :)
