It's been 7 weeks since the wedding and my "cutting loose". I have been letting myself eat almost anything I wanted and only started working out again last week. I am back up to 274.8 lbs and not happy about it. I need to start making better choices once again and really commit to my goal, 230 lbs by March, 2012.

Today is a new day and I am ready for the challenge.
