Thanks girl, I tried this 3 day diet lost 7 pounds in 3 days Whoo!! right, WRONG! was back at original weight in 4 days! Read up on how it could slow metabolism and cause weight gain faster soooo...back with Micheal Thurman will update results on Monday.
