Well, I put my scale away on 10/17 and didn't weigh or measure for 2 weeks!! Obviously this is not the way to go for me. I guess if I don't weigh every day my mind thinks that is a license to cheat!! I gained pounds and inches. Needless to say, my scales are back in their regular spot and I will be using them every day!!!
