i am so disappointed :( time to get serious about my diet again. according to my chart, i am losing 0.8kg a week, so it should only take 3 more weeks to reach my goal. that is the rest of the month. i can do this!
105.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
