I've never had a great sleep schedule. Especially since I was home schooled for part of high school. It's gotten increasingly erratic as of late and I'm hoping eating better and getting into a set schedule of when I eat will help my body figure out when I should be sleeping as well.
School starts in just under 2 weeks. I'm also hoping that by the time school rolls around I will be able to get up on time and what not. I'm also going to try to consistently do Wii Fit. While I pick it up every now and then I've never been really diligent about doing it everyday for even a short time.
