Happy Valentines to all my wonderful friends. DH and I had a date night last night and I had some drinks but im not stressing today. I woke up feeling really good. Last week was a real sh!t week for me but its water under the bridge, ONWARD!. So with that said, since I was feeling good today woke up and made breakfast for the whole fam and didnt eat one pancake. OK Im liar I ate one BUT it was a "flax jax" with walden farms syrup. BAM. Fried up a metric ton of bacon for the week and making extra pancakes as well. I got a brand new ergonimic chair for work and Ive been given the ok to hit the gym Monday since Ive been pain free for 3 days now..but had to promise to only do a light load. Its all good, I just want to get back into the swing of things. It seems like the adjustments stuck, only took a few LOL. Hope everyone has a wonderful day !
