I am having a great Valentine's Day. It is almost half over and I am winning. I had breakfast for lunch today, 2 eggs and sausage. All perfectly ok on the Atkins plan. My husband gave me a card in lieu of candy and I really appreciate that. Yes! I feel very good about today.
