Woke at 216.0, up 1.2 from yesterday despite a 1728 calorie day and a good workout. Absolutely retaining huge water. Wedding ring required soap to get ON. Drove to Pennsylvania and back for a drag racing panel discussion at the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing. Had a great time and saw a lot of friends. Did not eat too badly considering what was available and stayed within calorie goal, but lots of sodium. Will have to flush out on Sunday. No weigh in or work out tonight as we are heading out for a movie right now!
