It's been a while since I giggled like a little girl. 2700 calories and weight is well under control. :) I may botch it tonight. Chinese food for valentines day, but Sunday is my fast day. We'll see how it goes. Oh, and I had a donut yesterday for ClassicRocker. Iced and decorated. It was... EXCELLENT!
188.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You know, Jim, if I wasn't here on FS with all the great people and friends like you, there is no way I would stay on track. I admit I've done well, and even better than I expected to do, but I hope everyone knows that I want the same thing for them. Consistency is the key to progress and everyone wanders away from that consistency from time to time. I appreciate all the people here - even the naggers (which I have been) and hope everyone hits their objectives. I'll admit mine are a little extreme, but that's part of a marginal CDO personality - CDO of course being OCD in alphabetical order.

There are lots of good choices with Chinese. Just stay away from the rice and noodles and you will be fine.

I'm right there with you. Love the beef and broccoli and deep fried prawns, probably a veggie dish as well. I'll likely come in, with a desert, under my 2700 calorie allotment for the day. Should be fun.

Ok now I need a donut, though probably not iced and decorated. My favorite is the glazed at Dunkin along with a iced coffee with almond milk. Vegan breakfast of champions!

No donuts... I will only succumb to the cream or blueberry filled ones. Gotta do over the top if a spurge.

Awww dunkins....thank God we do not yet have them here...but I grew up with them and go a little nuts whenever we are home.
