Been having a hard time with lightheadness but the nausea is gone. Might be my newly developed allergies but not really sure. To be safe I decided to only take 2 eradicate for now.
I have been relatively good with waters. Stopping by 5:30 and typically getting between 96 and 128oz. My sleep has been a million times better! Energy seems to lag during the afternoon but not sure if that is from allergies or just not as much "ummph" with the pills as I am used to.
