Back from backcountry ski trip a few days ago. Celebrated our 33 anniversary this evening with surf & turf at home. Many things to be thankful for!!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thnx Jim & Don! Hey Don I'll set you up with the PLAN tomorrow. Out at Sunshine today with son in law #2 & his brother. Skiing also with Brian & Brad...couple guys from our CC group, Brad is flying back to Brisbane on Monday.
