I weighed myself this morning and it may be just a lot of water weight but the scale at moms here said I was 155 last night after a full day of eating it said I was 160 so who knows. I'm not overly concerned with the scale however my pajama bottoms feel looser today than they have in the past which is kind of cool but I'm most interested in building up muscle weight. so my goal is to push the scale because of muscle eventually. but this is a start I'm happy
155.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
